Dimensions Therapy
It’s less invasive than traditional psychotherapy, yet goes deeper…
There is a level of discomfort, anguish even when confronting traumatic or disruptive experiences in traditional talk therapy. The psychoanalytic and CBT therapeutic process requires a confrontation and level of exposure to the experience itself, that Dimensions Therapy does not require.
What to expect?
Initial Conversation
This is where we lightly touch on what the client is looking to resolve by asking a few questions about the presenting problem and discovering the nature of what we are looking to heal. Client briefly describes the discomfort.
Exploration
Here is where dive into the cause of the dysfunction or discomfort. We ask questions based on what arises through our own muscle testing. Book of feeling, senses and beliefs - common and uncommon ones (processing mind maps). We notate the subconscious misunderstanding that is the underlying source that present.
The Process
Healing
Together we instruct the subconscious to recalibrate to a more balanced mind scape. We either speak the replacement messages or write them down. Sometimes we are correcting through encouraging the subconscious to let go of the messages, emotions or beliefs that no longer serve us and other times through introducing new, healthier messages that align with our intentions and desires. *
Kinesiology
The therapist utilizes kinesiology to conduct muscle testing on themselves, assessing their alignment and harmony with you and your energetic pathways.
Embodiment
The therapist, using mirror neurons, facilitates a deep connection with the interconnectedness of all things, past and present, enabling individuals to tap into the root causes of discomfort.
Everything is Connected
The therapist integrates concepts of collective consciousness and the theory of relativity into therapeutic healing. Understanding of how individual experiences are intricately interconnected, facilitates transformative healing on both personal and collective levels.
