It is clear that there are many aspects of self, and multiple levels of consciousness. Accessing, healing, correcting, learning and understanding is done in an way that minimizes the pain. This is unlike traditional talk therapy which can dig into pain in a way that reinforces it. We aim for a light touch, with small laughs and gentle hearts.
